I'm definitely impressed with Apple. I ordered the ipod and accessories on last Thursday at 4:00 pm. I received the first package the next day at 1:00 pm with the warranty kit and travel case. Next I received the fm transmitter (from Canada) yesterday at 1:47 pm (according to fedex). Then today I received the engraved ipod from China at 9:40 when I wasn't supposed to get it until tomorrow. Pretty awesome if you ask me :-)
